Summer 2009 - Started TTC

December 2009 - Six cycles of fertility-focused intercourse with no pregnancy means it's time to see a NaPro doctor

March 2010 - First consult with the local NaPro doctor

April 2010 - Hormone profile (11 blood draws in 3 weeks) shows late luteal phase defect; pelvic MRI

May 2010 - Food intolerance testing

June 2010 - First of three cycles with post-peak HCG injections (given by DH)

August 2010 - Limited hormone profile to see if HCG is helping (it is)

September 2010 - First consult with NaPro doc #2; endometrial biopsy and abnormal clotting labs; TTC break

November 2010 - Appointment with hematologist; uterine infection treated

December 2010 - Repeat clotting labs normal; TTC again

February 2011 - Laparoscopy, HSG, hysteroscopy, and uterine septum reduction; stage II endometriosis removed

April 2011 - TTC again; on vitamin B6 (sustained release) and post-peak HCG

May 2011 - SFA normal; my vitamin D level is low

June 2011 - B6, HCG, vitamin D, fish oil, LDN, probiotic

July 2011 - Become a patient of Dr. K at the PPVI Institute

September 2011 - Endometrial cultures; start T3

October 2011 - Begin to increase naltrexone dose

November 2011 - Antibiotic (Flagyl) for DH and me to treat TEBB doesn't work

December 2011 - Antibiotic (Zithromax) for DH and me doesn't work

January 2012 - Ultrasound series

February 2012 - Start Cortef (hydrocortisone) for TEBB

March 2012 - Start low-dose Clomid and Mucinex

June 2012 - IV antibiotic (Clindamycin) for 10 days eliminates TEBB

August 2012 - TEBB returns after one cycle; start bioflavonoids, B-complex, and vitamin C

October 2012 - Start levothyroxine for low T4

February 2013 - Laparoscopy #2, SHSG, hysteroscopy; stage II endo and fibroids removed; cultures positive for multiple anaerobic bacteria

March 2013 - Antibiotic (Flagyl) for DH and me to treat TEBB doesn't work

June 2013 - SFA normal

July 2013 - Semen culture is positive

August 2013 - Antibiotic (ampicillin for me and moxifloxacin for DH) to treat infection; TEBB eliminated

September 2013 - TEBB returns after one cycle

October 2013 - Antibiotics for DH and me on CD1-CD10 each cycle; start acupuncture

March 2014 - Prolactin is elevated; MRI of head; increase levothyroxine

April 2014 - Start bromocriptine for hyperprolactinemia; TEBB eliminated

November 2014 - Laparoscopy #3
